O objetivo \u00e9 obter uma massa com a consist\u00eancia da massa do p\u00e3o, por isso a quantidade de farinha indicada pode ser um pouco mais ou um pouco menos, dependendo do tamanho dos ovos, da quantidade de sumo de laranja&#8230; enfim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A massa tem que ser sovada energicamente, com os punhos, at\u00e9 se descolar do alguidar e come\u00e7ar a formar bolhas de ar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Feito isto, a av\u00f3 costumava fazer com a m\u00e3o o sinal da cruz sobre a massa, dizendo, &#8220;Deus vos acrescente!&#8221;; polvilhava a massa com farinha, cobria-a com um pano branco e embrulhava o alguidar num cobertor, que colocava perto do braseiro, ao quente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eu contento-me em colocar a massa, coberta com um pano, em local quente e fora do alcance das correntes de ar, que s\u00e3o fatais para o fermento, e espero pacientemente que duplique de volume.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tender as filh\u00f3s:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3329\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/descobrirportugal.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/PB030008-e1512145772243.jpg?resize=640%2C534\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/descobrirportugal.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/PB030008-e1512145772243.jpg?w=800&amp;ssl=1 800w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/descobrirportugal.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/PB030008-e1512145772243.jpg?resize=300%2C250&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/descobrirportugal.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/PB030008-e1512145772243.jpg?resize=768%2C640&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/descobrirportugal.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/PB030008-e1512145772243.jpg?resize=504%2C420&amp;ssl=1 504w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/descobrirportugal.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/PB030008-e1512145772243.jpg?resize=640%2C534&amp;ssl=1 640w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/descobrirportugal.pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/PB030008-e1512145772243.jpg?resize=681%2C568&amp;ssl=1 681w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 uma das minhas tarefas preferidas, mas h\u00e1 quem a ache dif\u00edcil&#8230; N\u00e3o h\u00e1 como experimentar e perseverar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Molham-se as m\u00e3os em azeite e retiram-se pequenas por\u00e7\u00f5es de massa que se estendem de forma a obter um c\u00edrculo de espessura fina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As filh\u00f3s beir\u00e3s s\u00e3o finas no centro, com o rebordo mais grosso.
